As Liverpool prepare to face Newcastle on Saturday, Jurgen Klopp was quoted by the Mirror saying, “A top player [Stefan Bajcetic]. It’s a joy to work with him. The mix of Serbia and Spain is good for his football. He’s an intelligent boy. Interesting that his dad and Thiago’s dad played together. Thiago took him under his wing. An absolute joy.”

Huge for the development of Stefan Bajcetic

The young Spaniard looks like an extremely talented prospect, as he has displayed his class as a No.6, as well as in central midfield, as he showcased in his sublime showing in the Merseyside Derby.

Thiago has been renowned for mastering all three roles in the middle of the park at different points in his career, and going by what Jurgen Klopp has said, Stefan Bajcetic could take some tips off the legendary midfielder, and perhaps we could see it in action against Newcastle.
