One England supporter was left worried after the Three Lions’ World Cup semi-final defeat to Argentina.
It was a game which carried a lot of tension due to the political history between the two nations.
Following the game, Argentina players displayed a Falkland Islands banner, which could see them face punishment ahead of the final.

There was also tension in the stands as fans of the two nations were not segregated for their own safety and well-being.
A dramatic finish to the game did see emotions spill over between the two sets of fans, with England supporters sat amongst jubilant Argentina fans.
One supporter criticised the lack of police presence in Atlanta following the full-time whistle.

Ahead of the game, Atlanta’s Police Department issued a statement to England and Argentina fans in a bid to keep the peace.
However, safety was a concern for one England supporter, who truly believed not enough was being done to protect the fans outside of the stadium.
“Some guy, an Argentina fan, comes up waving his flag, shoves it in our face, winding us up. There is a lot of animosity. When Argentina scored, the Argentinian guy next to me took his shirt off, waving it and slapping it in my face,” he told the Daily Mail.
“Absolutely disgusting, disgusting behavior from the Argentinian fans. Absolutely disgusting, honestly.”
This summer’s World Cup has largely seen supporters from the respective nations get along incredibly well.
Wednesday’s game between England and Argentina had something extra to it given the history between these nations both on and off the pitch.
When asked whether he expected things to escalate after the game, he replied: Absolutely, absolutely. Tonight, there’s not enough cops to police all of this. I’m telling you right now, it’s going to kick off later in bars and stuff for sure.”
One World Cup fan admitted they’d never seen Seattle so happy as they had during this summer’s tournament.
However, there is clearly a risk of tempers flaring in these final days due to what is at stake.
