After scoring against Manchester United on the final day of the Premier League season, Wilfried Zaha could now help Crystal Palace come out on top again.
What’s the story?
Well, the Ivory Coast international scored the only goal last Sunday as the Eagles recorded a 1-0 win over the Red Devils at Selhurst Park.
Now, Zaha could help Crystal Palace beat Manchester United to the signing of Ibrahim Sangare, a player who both Patrick Vieira and Erik ten Hag want.
The PSV Eindhoven colossus is an international teammate of the Crystal Palace No.11, with both playing regularly for the Ivory Coast.
PSV Eindhoven have also agreed to let him leave, on the basis that his £34m release clause is paid in full.
Qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations begins on Friday 3rd June for the Ivory Coast, where Zaha and Sangare will reunite as they prepare to face Zambia.
In our view, Zaha could spend his time alongside Sangare talking up a move to Crystal Palace, where he seems to be loving life under Vieira.

The 29-year-old just enjoyed his most productive campaign yet, as he scored 15 goals in all competitions under the Frenchman’s guidance.
Therefore, we can imagine Zaha will only have good things to say about Vieira.
Crystal Palace & Manchester United face competition
Crystal Palace and Manchester United aren’t the only sides interested in bringing Sangare to the Premier League.
Aston Villa are said to have scouted the 24-year-old when PSV Eindhoven travelled to Leicester for the UEFA Conference League clash.

Additionally, Chelsea and Newcastle are also said to be interested in the Abidjan-born powerhouse, who has been likened to Yaya Toure.
Clearly, Zaha doesn’t just have to convince Sangare to ignore Manchester United, but also the Villans, Blues and the Magpies.
It will be difficult, but after all, anything could happen this summer.
