Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal reacts to missing Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden was one of the biggest events for their respective fans.

It was a massive wedding that reportedly featured more than 1,000 guests, with hundreds of A-Listers in attendance. However, this crowd didn’t feature NBA legends Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley.

Shaquille O’Neal congratulates Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce on their wedding

The couple officially tied the knot on July 03, 2026, and since then, they have been on a travelling spree. Additionally, Swift and Kelce have received several congratulatory messages from guests who couldn’t attend.

Shaq was the most recent celebrity to wish the couple well after their wedding, but the Lakers legend’s wish had a sarcastic tone to it.

“No. Thanks, Taylor. Thanks, Travis. May it last forever,” O’Neal said when asked about not being present at the mega wedding.

While Shaq is one of the most recognizable athletes in the world, he doesn’t seem to know Kelce or Swift well enough to receive a wedding invite.

Keeping that in mind, it’s no surprise that the Diesel wasn’t a part of the 1,000-plus guests who witnessed the event at MSG.
