LeBron James’ career path is actually not as remarkable as many believe following his move to the Philadelphia 76ers.
LeBron decided to join the Sixers this offseason as he believes they have a great chance of winning the NBA championship.
He will join an all-star roster consisting of Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, Tyrese Maxey and VJ Edgecombe in Philadelphia.
LeBron is looking to make even more NBA history by becoming the first player ever to win a title on four different teams.
However, the 41-year-old will not be the first player to play for all four teams that he has joined in his NBA career.

LeBron James has already played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers in his 23-year career.
The Philadelphia 76ers have become James’ fourth NBA team, and presumably, the last before his retirement.
However, two former NBA players have already played for all four of LeBron’s teams: Jim Jackson and Jason Kapono.
Jackson previously held the record for the most NBA teams (12) until Ish Smith (13) broke it three seasons ago.
Jackson was a career 14-point-per-game scorer, though he averaged 25.7 PPG in his best season with the Dallas Mavericks.
Kapono’s career path was more similar to James’ as he was also drafted by the Cavaliers in 2003 before joining the Heat.
However, the 45-year-old was only a role player throughout his NBA career, averaging 6.7 PPG across six teams.
Neither Jackson nor Kapono achieved anything significant with the 76ers, which will hopefully not be the case for James.
