Italian outlet CMW claim Tottenham have tabled an offer to sign Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo – a deal including Brazilian star Lucas Moura. It comes after Fabio Paratici met with Tiago Pinto in Milan this week.
Reports from Gianluca Di Marzio claim Paratici and Pinto met in Milan to discuss business – with Joe Rodon a potential signing for Jose Mourinho’s men. Paratici is also said to have asked for information on Zaniolo.
Zaniolo, 22, has been in superb form for Roma over the last 12 months. Playing in a variety of positions, he had a hand in 17 goals for Mourinho’s men last season – scoring the winner in the Conference Final against Feyenoord.

Now, reports are emerging from Italy on Friday afternoon that Tottenham have made a bid for Zaniolo. They have offered Moura in said bid, for a player Roma rate at a lofty £51million.
Tottenham have tabled Zaniolo offer including Moura
Zaniolo is a wonderful talent. He is already a fully-fledged Italy international with a lofty, powerful physique that can play anywhere in attack. Either side, as a 10 or even as a striker – playing alongside Tammy Abraham of late.
Moura has dropped down the pecking order and with two years left on his contract, he could be tempted to leave. A move to Italy, where the tempo is slightly less, might suit the Brazil international.
With Spurs keen to bring in an attacker – the likes or Richarlison and Raphinha also linked – Moura is only going to fall further down the rankings. Including him in a deal makes sense for all parties.
Moura was constantly used by Mourinho at Spurs, even becoming first choice. So, he would reunite with a manager he likes. Spurs get their man in Zaniolo, and save some cash in the process.
