Crysencio Summerville is a man in demand as Leeds United fans dread losing their key player this summer.
Several Premier League clubs have expressed an interest in signing the rising Dutch superstar, including Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham.
Leeds United’s Championship play-off final defeat didn’t help matters because it meant the Yorkshire club lost power in who they could keep this summer.
That includes Archie Gray securing a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur and now looking to prove himself on the Premier League stage.
As Leeds United fans witnessed last season, he is someone who is a midfielder by trade but can also operate as a right-back.
The interesting thing here is that if Postecoglou does decide to use Gray as a fullback, with Pedro Porro being the main man, then it probably puts an end to the non-start career of one Djed Spence.
What’s ironic is that Spence was on loan at Leeds last term, but that spell was cut short and he then made the switch to Italy.
But when Spence left, it was Gray who filled in at right-back and now that very same player has probably pushed the Antonio Conte signing further down the pecking order at Tottenham.
With pre-season underway ahead of the new Premier League campaign, Spence is one of several players who has returned to Hotspur Way, but you question what part he will play ahead of the new season.
Given that the 23-year-old has only played six times for the club, with zero appearances under the current manager, then it probably indicates that his time is up.
Despite that, he was all smiles when he took to Instagram to react to his Tottenham return, with Destiny Udogie labelling Spence a ‘baller’.
Crysencio Summerville’s message to Djed Spence
In the comments section of Spence’s IG post, Tottenham transfer target Summerville called his former teammate ‘my brudda’, with several fans from the London club urging him to join them in the Premier League.
Who will sign Crysencio Summerville?
Even Leeds fans will admit that Summerville is too good for the Championship and he should be playing for a top-tier team.
The problem the Yorkshire side faces is that the top, top teams are keen on his talents, so they might just end up losing him before the summer transfer window slams shut.

Sources have told HITC that Liverpool have held talks over the ‘creative’ winger, with new boss Arne Slot looking to make a name for himself after replacing Jurgen Klopp.
Whatever happens, you expect Summerville to be repping a Premier League team soon because if Leeds manage to keep hold of him, then there is no other business in the Championship that will match it.
