For many, many years, the WrestleMania main event has been dominated by men, but Becky Lynch thinks that could change.
Becky, of course, helped make history at WrestleMania 35 when she main evented the show alongside Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey.
In the years since, only Sasha Banks vs Bianca Belair has main-evented a Mania. But that match was booked for Night 1 of Mania 37, which some may argue is a main event, but others will say the true main event is the last match of the PLE, which takes place on Night 2.
Regardless, Lynch thinks the women will be getting a lot more time at the top of the card in the future.

Becky Lynch predicts more WrestleMania main events for women
Speaking on Stephanie McMahon’s What’s Your Story? podcast recently, she said: “When I look at the future, I go, ‘I think the women are gonna be the main eventing more Manias than the dudes’.
On why she thinks that will be the case, Lynch added: “I think well of the potential future. They’re just such colourful personalities.
“There’s a lot of care put in. And there’s a lot of thought put into people’s characters. There’s just a lot of life in that division. And there’s a lot of stories to be told, and we’re getting to tell them.”
There are certainly plenty of top stars in the women’s division right now, including Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan.
But at least when it comes to WrestleMania 43, the potential main event plan may already have been shared, and it does not involve women.
Instead, it was recently mentioned that WWE have plans for Roman Reigns at next year’s Showcase of the Immortals should The Rock not show up.
If Roman doesn’t face his family member, then there is talk about doing Oba Femi vs Reigns.
Given his history at Mania, it is probably safe to assume that Reigns vs Femi or Reigns vs The Rock will be the main event.
