The summer transfer window must be a busy time for a club chairman and Tottenham’s Daniel Levy is reportedly being stalked by one player’s agent.
It truly was a season of two halves for Tottenham with Ange Postecoglou‘s side starting brilliantly in the Premier League but tailing off after Christmas.
Fans in North London have bought into his energetic – yet sometimes reckless – style of play and when he’s not on pundit duty at the Euros he will be eager to strike up some transfer business this summer.

The benefit of Postecoglou working at Euro 2024 is that the Spurs boss can keep a close eye on his players competing in Germany – including Romania’s Radu Dragusin.

Dragusin has been a standout performer for Romania on their route to the knockout stages with the 22-year-old defender receiving high praise from Postecoglou.
However, speaking ahead of the Netherlands’ round-of-16 clash against Romania at Euro 2024, Dutch journalist Valentijn Driessen gave a strong opinion on Dragusin and his agent.
In De Telegraaf’s podcast Kick-off, Driessen says: “He didn’t achieve anything at all last season. He plays for Tottenham Hotspur, where he is under contract.
“His agent thinks he’s great. He is always stalking Daniel Levy about his player, that he should get a salary increase and should play.”

Dragusin only made four starts for Tottenham last season after making a January move to the club.
He will expect more involvement in the starting lineup next season and his stellar performances in Germany this summer are certainly helping him force his way into Postecoglou’s plans.

But what won’t help Dragusin is his vocal agent, Florin Manea, who does a great job of keeping his client’s name in the headlines.
Irritating Daniel Levy is probably not good advice for anyone at the club and Dragusin has already had to go against his agent and speak out publicly on his Tottenham future.
