Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Clement Lenglet from Barcelona, according to Gerard Romero on Twitch.
Spurs making moves?
The Spanish journalist says that Tottenham are keen to land the central defender from Barcelona, as they weigh up making a second move for him.
Tottenham apparently were keen to sign Lenglet in the summer, but at that time he wasn’t interested in a move.
Spurs are now looking like a more appealing club to join with Antonio Conte at the helm, though.
Tottenham are really pushing to claim a top four spot, while Barca have continued to struggle this term.
Lenglet, therefore, might well have had a change of heart and Spurs seemingly feel that they could do a u-turn and join them now.
Good signing?
Conte is still looking to add to his defensive options, despite an up-turn in the form of his centre-backs.
Lenglet could slot into a three-man defence well too.

The Frenchman is reasonably quick and is relatively comfortable in the ball.
He has only made four starts for Barcelona this term, which may also help encourage him that a move to Tottenham would be wise.
Lenglet has actually previously been called ‘world class’ by Didier Deschamps, which shows the quality that he does possess on his day.
And if Tottenham could pull off a transfer it would show just how much more of an appealing prospect they have become for players to sign for nowadays.
