Tottenham star Eric Dier has been speaking to the media today, where he revealed Arsenal glovesman Aaron Ramsdale has been teasing him in the England World Cup camp.
Rather than mock the Spurs No.15 for Tottenham sitting fourth in the Premier League while Arsenal top England’s footballing ladder by five points, Ramsdale has been poking fun at Dier for a fairly strange reason.

Well, Ramsdale has actually been teasing Dier for the manner in which he sent England though to the quarter-final of the 2018 World Cup.
It was the 28-year-old who scored the winning penalty in a shootout against Colombia, after the Three Lions drew 1-1 with the South Americans in extra-time.
Dier smashed his effort low and hard into the bottom left corner to send England into raptures, although Ramsdale believes it was a “bad penalty” and probably should’ve been saved.
We agree with Dier – it doesn’t matter how it was struck, as long as it went into the back of the net.
The towering Tottenham defender’s effort sealed England’s first ever World Cup win via a penalty shootout, with the Three Lions previously losing three World Cup games after they went down to spot-kicks.
It was a historic moment in English football, one Dier will surely remember for the rest of his life.

Dier also admitted to BBC Sport that missing out on the EURO 2020 squad was the worst moment of his career, although thanks to his resurgence under Antonio Conte, he can resurrect his international career in Qatar this winter.
The Tottenham colossus has been superb under the Italian, and also claimed that he felt like he was playing the best football of his life last season after the 53-year-old replaced Nuno Espirito Santo.
Dier must get ahead of Ben White, John Stones, Harry Maguire and Conor Coady for a place in the starting XI in Qatar, although he is also able to play in defensive midfield, which could be an option for Gareth Southgate with Kalvin Phillips lacking match fitness.
Whatever happens, Dier has done very well to force his way back into the England setup, after some consistently excellent performances for Tottenham.
