Tony Cascarino has said on talkSPORT (9:25am, February 25, 2023) that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool should sell Fabinho in the summer transfer window.
The former Chelsea player has said that Fabinho is having a terrible season for Liverpool.
The talkSPORT pundit believes that the former Premier League champions could still get good money for the Brazil international defensive midfielder.
There is speculation that Liverpool could offload the 29-year-old in the summer transfer window, although his wife has dismissed such rumours.
Liverpool told to sell Fabinho
Cascarino said: “You could probably sell Fabinho. You would get good money for Fabinho.
“He has had a terrible year, but I still think you would get decent money for him.”

Should Liverpool sell Fabinho?
In our view, Liverpool should not sell Fabinho in the summer transfer window.
Yes, the 29-year-old is not having a good season, but he is still a very capable player.
We believe that Fabinho is not past his prime yet.
Just because a player is having a bad few months does not mean that he is finished.
Yes, Liverpool should look at replacing Fabinho in the long term, but whoever they sign in the summer transfer window will need time to settle down.
The Brazilian could help in that transition.
We do not think that Liverpool should rush to offload Fabinho.
