Taylor Swift’s courtside seat from the Cavaliers vs Knicks playoff game has turned into a hot auction item, with bids reaching thousands after it was listed as official memorabilia.

Swift attended Game 3 of the 2026 Eastern Conference Finals at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland on May 23, joining Travis Kelce to watch the action up close.

Even though the Cavaliers are no longer in the playoffs, the chair she sat in has taken on a life of its own. It is part sports artifact, part pop culture keepsake.

Taylor Swift Cavaliers playoff seat reaches $6,000 auction buzz

ESPN noted that Swift’s courtside chair from Game 3 has been listed by The Realest as authenticated memorabilia from the Eastern Conference Finals.

The listing highlights Swift’s global profile and ties her appearance to the wider cultural significance of the NBA Playoffs.

The auction reportedly started at $100, but interest picked up fast. Early reports had it at $800 with 17 bids, later rising to around $6,000 with 38 bids.

An authenticator was present at the game to verify that Swift used the seat, adding to its appeal for bidders.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce drew major attention in Cleveland

Swift’s appearance alongside Kelce gave the night extra star power, even before the chair became an auction talking point.

Kelce’s local ties made it a bigger event in Cleveland. The pair were shown together during the broadcast and on the arena’s big screen, turning a playoff highlight into a viral moment.

The game itself did not go Cleveland’s way, with the Knicks winning 121-108 to take a 3-0 lead in the series.

Other celebrity seats from the same night also caught auction buzz, including those linked to Ben Stiller, Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner.

The Cavaliers are capitalizing on that attention now. The value is not just in the chair, but in its verified link to one of the most talked-about nights of the playoffs.
