Spanish newspaper SPORT claim Leeds and Wolves have interest in signing Barcelona talent Ez Abde. The Moroccan winger has broken into Barca’s senior side this season – and Xavi is desperate to keep him at the Nou Camp.
Abde, 20, had impressed in Barcelona’s B-team – having a hand in nine goals during 20 appearances this season. It convinced Ronald Koeman to give him a run in the senior side, and he even scored against Osasuna in a 2-2 draw.

He has a contract at Barcelona until the summer of 2024. While he has fallen back down the pecking order after the signings of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Adama Traore and Ferran Torres – Xavi still rates him highly.
Xavi wants to keep him – but the report claims his future could depend on Ousmane Dembele, who is out of contract in June. Real Betis have also shown interest in the Morocco star, along with Leeds and Wolves.
Leeds and Wolves interested in Barcelona talent Abde
Abde wants to stay and Xavi is keen on keeping him. But should Dembele end up signing a new contract at the Nou Camp, then surely Abde needs to go in order to pursue an exit. A move to Leeds or Wolves could benefit him.
At Elland Road, Raphinha and Jack Harrison could leave. Newcastle and Tottenham all want the latter. Barcelona are also keen on Raphinha, and perhaps there could be a swap deal involving Abde.
That means there could be a potential gap in the Leeds side out wide – allowing Abde – branded “spectacular” by Xavi – to get game time. Wolves have more options, but Trincao is about to move to Sporting Lisbon.
