According to a report in AS, Arsenal and Everton target Isco has made a firm decision on which team he wants to join.
Indeed, the attacking midfielder has decided that he wants to play for Sevilla next season, which is a crushing blow for both Everton and Arsenal who were keen on signing him.
Isco believes that a move to Sevilla would be beneficial as he wants to work under Julen Lopetegui once again, a manager who managed to get a lot out of him during his time with Malaga.
This is certainly an interesting view for Isco to take, as Everton also have a manager who managed to get a lot out of him at Real Madrid, with Isco playing a key role in Carlo Ancelotti’s Champions League winning campaign at Santiago Bernabeu.
Of course, Sevilla have a bit more European pedigree than Everton, and staying in La Liga would also be the simpler option as he’s accustomed to playing in that league and he wouldn’t have to relocate to such an extent.

It remains to be seen whether or not this report is wholly accurate as Isco hasn’t officially joined Sevilla or agreed a deal to sign for them as of yet, and as we should all know by now, things can change very quickly in the transfer market.
Isco is a brilliant player who would have been a fantastic addition to the Premier League, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem as though we’ll get to see him ply his trade in England anytime soon.
