According to The Mirror, Real Madrid playmaker Isco is interested in a remarkable move to Everton when the January window opens.
It’s claimed that Real want to loan Isco out in January, as he is no longer part of Zinedine Zidane’s plans at the Bernabeu moving forward.
Real allegedly want to loan him with an obligation to buy in the summer, with the fee set at around £18million – and buyers are now being sought in Italy or England.
Everton are considered to be the ‘most likely candidates’, and a move to the Premier League is thought to appeal to Isco.
Isco is claimed to be close to James Rodriguez, who left Real for Everton over the summer, and the Colombian wants Isco to join him at Goodison Park.
Arsenal have been keen in the past, but they aren’t thought to be in the race right now as Mikel Arteta goes in another direction.

The 28-year-old is an immensely talented playmaker, and has racked up 51 goals as well as 54 assists across 312 appearances for Real.
The thought of Isco joining forces with Rodriguez has to be hugely exciting for Everton fans, whilst adding a real creative player centrally alongside the more workmanlike Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure.
Ancelotti was a big fan of Isco at Real, calling him ‘untouchable’ in 2015, as well as ‘fundamental‘ – suggesting that he would be very keen on bringing Isco to Everton if a deal really is possible.
