Edouard Mendy will leave Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea amid reported interest from Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur.
The Sun reported in May that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Edouard Mendy from London and Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
The report claimed that Spurs scouts have been following the 31-year-old Senegal international goalkeeper for a while.
The Times are now reporting that “Edouard Mendy is expected to leave” Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
Chelsea want to sign Andre Onana from Inter Milan in the summer transfer window and could keep Kepa Arrizabalaga, but the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners plan to sell Mendy, according to the report.

Could Tottenham Hotspur sign Edouard Mendy from Chelsea?
That Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Edouard Mendy suggests that they do think that they would be able to sign the goalkeeper despite the rivalry with Chelsea.
Mendy is a good goalkeeper who is 31.
The £55,000-a-week (Spotrac) Senegalese star is at the top of his game at the moment and will remain so for a fair few more years at least.
There is speculation that Tottenham want to sign David Raya, but Brentford have publicly said that they will want at least £40 million.
If Spurs are unable to bring in Raya, then a move for Mendy would not be a bad idea.
