- EXCLUSIVE from Graeme Bailey
HITC understands that Napoli have finalised terms for two deals from the Premier League this summer to satisfy Antonio Conte.
Sources have told HITC that Napoli have finalised an agreement with Chelsea for the signing of Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku after weeks of negotiations between the two clubs.
We reported back in July that Antonio Conte was keen on signing Lukaku and the feeling from the Belgian was understood to be mutual and the deal is now finally on the verge of being completed.
The signing of Lukaku is not the only deal set to be finalised with Manchester United’s Scott McTominay set to move to Napoli this summer.

Napoli set to finalise Scott McTominay and Romelu Lukaku deal
As mentioned, Lukaku’s move to Napoli is on the verge of being completed with the Belgian forward set to sign a three-year deal at the Italian giants.
United midfielder McTominay is also set to complete his move to Napoli on Wednesday with the Scotsman set to leave Old Trafford, despite a key season for the midfielder at the club.
We reported that Napoli were keen on McTominay with the Italian clubs director Giovanni Manna flying to fly into England to try and get a deal done for the Scottish midfielder.
Well, those two deals are now done with McTominay set to sign a four-year deal with the Italian giants and both the midfielder and Lukaku have landed in Naples and are ready to put pen to paper after they both complete their medicals.
Once these deals are done, the future of Victor Osimhen will be the next issue that the Italian side are keen to sort out.
Victor Osimhen could still end up at Chelsea this summer
Both deals for McTominay and Lukaku are set to cost the club £25 million each so, to balance the books, a sale could well be needed for the Italian club and of course, Osimhen would represent a big sale.
HITC understands that Napoli will now concentrate on finalising Osimhen’s move away from the club this summer with Chelsea the best-placed of the club’s in talks with the Italian side to finalise a deal for the Nigerian.
We reported earlier this month that Chelsea and Napoli were in talks over a deal for Osimhen but the Blues will have to get a move on if they are to sign the Nigerian before Friday’s 11pm deadline.
