As Man City prepare to beat Arsenal to claim top spot on the Premier League table, we have tried to call their predicted lineup for the much-awaited title decider.

Coming off the back of the Sky Blues’ convincing 3-1 win against Aston Villa, we expect Pep Guardiola to just make 1 change for the upcoming contest at the Emirates Stadium.

In between the sticks, there is no question over Ederson Moraes’ starting place.

Considering Man City operate with a 3-2-2-3 setup in possession, Ruben Dias could retain his place as the right-sided centre-half, with Kyle Walker dropping to the bench in our predicted lineup against Arsenal.

In the middle of the centre-back trio may sit Aymeric Laporte.

With Kyle Walker expected to be dropped by Man City as per our predicted lineup for the contest, we expect Nathan Ake, who was referred to as an ‘exceptional guy’ by Pep Guardiola via the Athletic to come in and operate as the left-sided defender in the back 3.

After all, the Dutchman pocketed the ‘dangerous’ Bukayo Saka in their side’s FA Cup win, which could be a reason behind his inclusion.

Rodri, who has recently been linked with a return to Spain by signing for Barcelona is having yet another stellar season and is set to play in the base of midfield.

Bernardo Silva, who Kylian Mbappe reportedly aims to see in a PSG shirt in the summer thrived as an inverted left-back on Sunday and in possession, he could partner Rodri in midfield for Man City in our predicted lineup against Arsenal.

Right in front of the double pivot is where we expect Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne to be deployed as the advanced No.8’s, as they did against Villa with brilliant effect.

Coming on to the front 3, we expect it to remain unchanged, with the ‘monster’ Erling Haaland flanked by Riyad Mahrez and Jack Grealish.
