Don Hutchison says a transfer move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane to Liverpool is ‘dead’ and his only realistic option is Manchester United.
The former midfielder named ‘all the big moves’ that are out of the water for Harry Kane, including Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Even though Bayern Munich have expressed interest in the 29-year-old, once again, Hutchison can’t see that happening because he wants to break Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League goalscoring record.

On Saturday, as Spurs suffered a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa, Kane scored goal number 27 of the season, including his 210th of his Premier League career – now 50 short of Shearer.
But as the England captain’s contract runs down, will he break that record in the colours of Tottenham or another Premier League side? Richard Keys shared what Daniel Levy won’t be doing.
Well, Hutchison ruled out a number of moves for the record-breaking England international, as he told ESPN.
“It sounds like he might be wanting to stay for one more year, probably run his contract own and go on a free next year,” said Hutchison.
“It’s a massive call for him. It’s all about timing in football. We know that the Man City move was very close a couple of years back, but that’s now gone.
“Real Madrid, Barcelona and Liverpool. All the big moves are dead for him now, so it’s only Manchester United, Spurs or Bayern that are his options.
“But I think he wants to break Alan Shearer’s record and he wants to stay in the Premier League.”

KANE’S FUTURE
Arsene Wenger dealt with many big stars during his career in the dugout and the former Arsenal boss thinks Kane is ‘frustrated’ with the goings-on at Spurs.
Should it be a surprise? No, it shouldn’t. Whilst Spurs fans watch Mauricio Pochettino closing in on the Chelsea manager’s job, they have no clue who will be their next manager or sporting director for next season.
Therefore, why should Kane, who has 12 months left on his contract in July, sign a new deal?!
