Liverpool may well have just been given a huge boost with Mohamed Salah as Jordan Henderson seeks a move away from the Saudi Pro League.

HITC Football understands that Jordan Henderson is keen on a return to Europe and the midfielder’s team have begun offering their client around to several of Europe’s top sides.

Arsenal, Newcastle United, Bayern Munich and Juventus are amongst a plethora of the sides who are understood to have been offered the 33-year-old midfielder.

One aspect of this deal, however, could well be a big boost for Jurgen Klopp and that is of course the future of Liverpool’s talisman Mohamed Salah.

Henderson could be key for Liverpool

Jordan Henderson has been offered to Liverpool as well as other clubs in England and elsewhere but the midfielder’s desire to move back to Europe could help the Anfield club.

Henderson is part of an Al-Ettifaq side that sit just ninth in the Saudi Pro League and have not won in nine matches and it is understandable why the Englishman may be keen on a move away from the Middle East.

Salah was heavily linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League over the summer, with the riches from the Middle East prepared to attempt to persuade the winger to move.

Last month, the Daily Mail claimed that Al-Ittihad were ready to return with a mega offer for the Egyptian winger, with a bid in the region of £200 million being rejected in the summer, the Saudi side were reportedly prepared to up the ante with another January bid.

If Henderson is keen on leaving the Middle East, however, the Englishman could well get in Salah’s ear and convince the talismanic forward that a move to the Saudi Pro League is not right for his career.

Salah’s decision

It is becoming clear that the Egyptian winger will once again be offered an obscene amount of money from the Pro League to move there but whether he should complete the deal is another matter entirely.

The Pro League’s attempts to make the league popular have not quite worked out yet but there have been some promising signs of this working. Cristiano Ronaldo’s move to the Middle East certainly gave the league a boost.

Salah will have a big decision to make but you imagine Henderson’s desire to leave Al-Ettifaq will certainly not help their attempts to persuade the Egyptian.
