Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation that Serge Aurier could be on his way to Paris Saint-Germain.
Earlier this week, Aurier was linked with a move to Real Madrid.
FootMercato claimed that the Ivory Coast international right-back was going to move to the defending La Liga champions, with Tottenham ready to take a loss.
The 28-year-old Spurs right-back has now been linked with a move back to his former club PSG.
Foot Mercato claimed this week that PSG want to hand Aurier a four-year contract.
Soccer-Link has now reported that PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has reached an agreement with Aurier and has told the right-back that he will do everything possible to bring him back to Paris.
The 28-year-old – who cost Spurs £23 million in transfer fees in the summer of 2017 when they signed him from PSG, according to Goal.com – worked with the French club’s current manager Mauricio Pochettino at Spurs.
If the transfer gets completed, then it will be quite stunning.
PSG are a massive club who regularly win the Ligue 1 title and also reached the final of the Champions League last season.
