As Tottenham Hotspur prepare to lock horns with AC Milan in the 1st leg of the Champions League Round of 16, Jamie O’Hara has said that Antonio Conte should leave the club.

This is not the first instance in which the former Spurs midfielder has questioned the Italian’s job, as he was unsure what the purpose of keeping him on was after the club exited the Carabao Cup this season.

Now, Jamie O’Hara seems be demanding Antonio Conte to bid farewell to Tottenham yet again, despite the club readying themselves to face AC Milan in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The £289,000-a-week man has been criticised by various ex-players and pundits, such as Tim Sherwood and Ben Foster, but not to this extent.

However, it seems like Jamie O’Hara has his mind made up about wanting to see the ‘intense’ Antonio Conte depart Tottenham, ahead of the Champions League showdown against AC Milan.

O’Hara opened on talkSPORT, “If anyone at Tottenham is listening, you got to change the formation now. You cannot play 3 in midfield, you cannot play 3-4-3 without [Rodrigo] Bentancur. You have to play 3 in midfield.”

When Jason Cundy replied, “He [Antonio Conte] won’t change, Jamie O’Hara said, “Well, then he should go, because honestly, I don’t even enjoy watching Tottenham anymore. I used to get so passionate, so into watching them play and now, I’m looking and watching them going, ‘I’m not enjoying this.’, it’s not enjoyable to watch”, he said ahead of the AC Milan game.

The pundit continued, “We never have the ball, when we have the ball, we have no creativity and we’re awful at the back.”

Well, regardless of whether one agrees or disagree with Jamie O’Hara, what can be said is that getting rid of Antonio Conte on the day, or right after Tottenham play AC Milan would be a ludicrous decision.
