Liverpool fans have reacted to the rumours that Manchester City are looking at Tottenham target Dusan Vlahovic.
Pep Guardiola has already made it clear that he wants Tottenham’s main striker signed up this summer, but it seems as though they are also looking at other options if they can’t sign the Englishman.
Ironically enough, it has been suggested by Alasdair Gold that Fiorentina striker, Vlahovic, is the ‘one’ for Spurs, who are looking to add goals to their squad before transfer deadline day.
But do Spurs want Vlahovic to play alongside Kane? Or do they want him as the replacement of the wantaway star?
Either way, it seems as though Man City are looking at the £68 million-rated Vlahovic, as they find it difficult to find a breakthrough with Daniel Levy in these Kane talks.
However, a section of Liverpool supporters think all of this is a smokescreen and Man City still want to sign Kane.
Whatever Man City do during these final few weeks of the season will have some bearing on Liverpool and their quest to win the Premier League title.
If Pep Guardiola manages to land Kane’s talents then, not only will Liverpool be waving goodbye to winning the league, but so will the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United feel like their chances have been decreased by a significant amount.
However, if it’s Vlahovic who is their new number nine then it does keep things a little interesting because he’s not as well-known or proven like Kane.
