Darren Bent has sent a message to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal about Kylian Mbappe.

The former Tottenham Hotspur striker and Arsenal fan has outlined the reasons why the Gunners should bring Mbappe to the Emirates Stadium.

So, what has Darren Bent said about Arsenal and Kylian Mbappe? Let’s take a look.

Darren Bent wants Arsenal to sign Kylian Mbappe

Well, Darren Bent has said that Arsenal should try to sign Kylian Mbappe in the summer transfer window.

The former Tottenham Hotspur striker is an Arsenal fan, and the talkSPORT pundit believes that Mbappe would take the Gunners to an entirely different level.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has publicly suggested that the Gunners are interested in the France international striker.

Earlier this week, HITC revealed that Mbappe has told Paris Saint-Germain that he will leave at the end of the season when his current contract runs out.

Sources have told us that Mbappe will join Real Madrid on a free transfer. Liverpool and Manchester City have been keeping tabs on the 25-year-old striker as well.

Bent told talkSPORT: “To my beloved Arsenal, I stand before you with a burning desire, a plea echoing from the depth of my soul – you must sign Kylian Mbappe.

“Imagine the Emirates Stadium pulsating with anticipation as Mbappe – the maestro of magic – graces our hallowed turf.

“His blistering pace, dazzling skill and ice-cold finishing would electrify our hearts and redefine our destiny. In him, we see shades of Thierry Henry, our mortal king, whose artistry once painted the Premier League red and white.

“For too long we have yearned for a hero, a talisman, to lead us back to glory, Mbappe is that hero. His arrival would not only signal a transfer, but a seismic shift, a declaration of intent, a promise of resurgence.”

My View: Kylian Mbappe will not join Arsenal

In my opinion, Kylian Mbappe will not join Arsenal in the summer transfer window. I think that he will end up at Real Madrid.

Yes, Arsenal are a big club and could win the Premier League title this season. Who knows, the Gunners could also emerge victorious in the UEFA Champions League.

However, Real Madrid are a much bigger club than Arsenal. Los Blancos are arguably the biggest club in the world and regularly win and/or compete for La Liga and the UEFA Champions League.

Mbappe is 25 now and is used to winning major competitions. Madrid have the likes of Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and Thibaut Courtois, and I can envisage the Frenchman playing alongside such world-class players at the Santiago Bernabeu.
