World Cup fans from around the globe are trying all aspects of American culture during their stay, including visiting shooting ranges.

From the food to the stadiums and the people, there has been a lot for travelling supporters to love about the USA.

Now, one England fan has shared his experience after visiting a gun range in Texas this week.

England fan enjoyed visit to Texas gun range

Oliver Henry has been documenting his time in the USA while following England.

He has visited the White House, met Donald Trump, and has even rented a pickup truck to go on a road trip around the USA.

Now, Henry has travelled to Texas to visit a gun range for the first time, and seems to have enjoyed himself.

In a video shared on his own Instagram account, he stated: “I’m not kidding when I say this is probably the best thing I’ve ever done.”

Meanwhile, he added in the caption of the post: “I am a Texan now, that’s it. I love Texas, everything about it.

“I am going to have to move here. I went to a range today and had the absolute best time.”

In the United Kingdom, where Henry is from, very few people can legally own a firearm, so the prospect of using a gun at a shooting range is not something many Brits ever get to experience unless they travel abroad.

But that is just one of many aspects of US culture that has appealed to some travellers this summer.

American food has been getting good reviews from World Cup visitors, while one fan was surprised by the stadiums in the USA.
