Draymond Green may have impacted the chances of LeBron James and Stephen Curry becoming teammates.

Over the last few weeks, the Golden State Warriors have been closely following LeBron James’ situation after he became an unrestricted free agent.

If James joins the Warriors, he will form a super team with two of his biggest rivals: Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.

Green, in particular, has gone over and beyond to convince the King to take his talents to San Francisco by making a ‘crazy’ pitch to the 41-year-old.

Draymond Green’s pitch has had a positive impact on LeBron James to Golden State Warriors

Green was recently seen on a vacation with James in the offseason, and after returning, the Warriors veteran revealed that he made a crazy pitch to the former LA Lakers star.

But with the likes of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat also involved in the LBJ sweepstakes, how has Green’s pitch impacted James’ perception of the Dubs? Well, according to ClutchPoints’ Brett Siegel, it was a positive meeting.

“Green’s recent conversations with James have left him giving even stronger consideration to the idea than before,” Siegel reported.

He added, “… The idea that there wouldn’t be a stronger ending to James’ NBA legacy than winning a championship alongside Curry was a key talking point Green and the organization have made.”

In addition to Green, Curry has reportedly reached out to James over text messages in hopes of recruiting the 4x NBA champion to the Bay Area.
