Who will your club sign on deadline day? The ‘new Angel di Maria’ maybe? Perhaps a £30 million Brazilian who models himself on N’Golo Kante?
Here are 7 potential Premier League deals to keep an eye on between now and 11pm on Thursday night.
Boubacar Traore – Metz to Wolverhampton Wanderers
Eight months after failing with an £11 million bid for the Malian midfielder, Wolves could be about to get Boubacar Traore through the door at last. Better late than never, right?
“He wants to leave. We are not satisfied with the offer. But, with English clubs, negotiations can last until the last moment,” explains Metz president Bernard Serin.
21-year-old Traore is valued in the region of £15 million. His swagger, energy and ball-carrying ability would add something different to a technically-gifted but rather one-paced Wolves midfield.
Dario Osorio – Universidad de Chile to Wolverhampton Wanderers
While Traore would arrive at Molineux immediately, Wolves fans will have to wait to see Osorio in Old Gold. The Chilean teenager, nicknamed the ‘new Angel di Maria’ by some, is set to sign off on a £4.5 million deal, one that would see him continue at Universidad de Chile before jetting out to England in the New Year.
According to reports, Mathew Hobbs – Wolves’ chief scout and head of recruitment – is in South America to complete Osorio’s transfer.
Layvin Kurzawa – Paris Saint-Germain to Fulham
Kurzawa has not kicked a ball in anger for over 12 months. His time on the fringes of PSG’s star-studded squad is finally coming to an end, however. Ambitious Fulham have agreed a deal to sign a man who has picked up a staggering 18 trophies during his career, while establishing himself as a France international (The Athletic).
Kurzawa will arrive at Fulham on loan; a deal that could pave the way for Joe Bryan to seal a shock move to Nice.
Jeremie Boga – Atalanta to Leicester City
Former Sassuolo team-mate Filip Djuricic once labelled Boga the best dribbler he had seen throughout his career. High praise indeed, when you consider Djuricic once played alongside a certain Sadio Mane at Southampton.
Leicester have found inspiration and unpredictability hard to come by during a troubled beginning to the new Premier League season. It just so happens that Boga, a right-footed left winger with an eye for the spectacular, has those attributes in abundance.
According to Calciomercato, talks are underway for the one-time Chelsea youngster to rteturn to England.
Mykhaylo Mudryk – Shakhtar Donetsk to Everton

Sometimes, all it takes is for one moment to change a footballer’s career. It is no coincidence that, since he tore Ajax apart with a Diego Maradona-esque wondergoal during a pre-season friendly, Mudryk has become one of the most talked-about attackers on the market.
Everton, per Fabrizio Romano, have seen a £25 million bid rejected. Another £5 million, however, may be enough to do the trick. Direct and dazzling, Mudryk is the Richarlison replacement Frank Lampard needs at Goodison Park.
Jan Bednarek – Southampton to Aston Villa
The season could hardly have started in more underwhelming fashion for Steven Gerrard. In addition to a series of poor performances, the Aston Villa boss has also lost his marquee summer signing to a long-term injury. Now, Bednarek – one the back of two error-prone seasons at Southampton – can hardly be considered a central defender on the same level as Diego Carlos.
But he is both affordable, and available, not to mention brimming with Premier League experience. West Ham United are also keen but, per talkSPORT, Aston Villa seem like the Pole’s most likely destination.
Bednarek has also been left on the bench for Southampton’s last three games.
Danilo – Palmeiras to Arsenal
Palmeiras, according to Goal, have no intention of accepting Arsenal’s £20 million bid for Danilo. The presence of a £30 million release clause in his contract, however, means the Copa Libertadores winners would be powerless to prevent the 21-year-old’s departure if the Gunners are willing to increase their opening offer.
Danilo, a deep-lying midfielder who models himself on N’Golo Kante, would step in for the injured Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny while freeing up Ainsley Maitland-Niles to join Southampton.
