90Min claim that three Premier League clubs – Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United – have all been made aware that Neto could be available.
Reports from Give Me Sport last week suggested that Arsenal had made enquiries into signing Neto this summer.
Yet if Arsenal thought they would have a clear path towards a deal for Neto, they will be disappointed to hear that Chelsea have been added into the mix.
Not only are Arsenal and Chelsea bitter London rivals, but they will also be fighting for top-four places this season.
Both teams wanted to sign Raphinha from Leeds United before missing out to Barcelona, and you can see how Neto has popped onto their radars.
Neto is a skilful left-footed winger like Raphinha and his record for Wolves has been very impressive, with Tim Sherwood hailing him as ‘really outstanding’.
The Portuguese talent stepped up after Diogo Jota’s exit to Liverpool and has now bagged 11 goals and 12 assists in 94 games.
A major injury kept Neto out for more than half of last season but he is now fit and firing for Wolves.
The signings of Collins, Guedes and Nunes may need to be balanced out somewhere, and it looks like Arsenal and Chelsea will now have the chance to offer up big money for Neto before the transfer deadline.
