Chelsea have been offered Memphis Depay as Barcelona look to offload the attacker amid links to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Blues have brought in some big signings with Kalidou Koulibaly, Raheem Sterling and Carney Chukwuemeka all arriving.
More signings are expected, with Brighton left back Marc Cucurella seemingly on his way in soon.
You can expect to see Chelsea target a host of signings in the final weeks of the transfer window but and they could do deals with Barcelona.

That may sound bizarre because it feels like Barcelona have just been spying on Chelsea’s transfer targets and snatching them away.
Chelsea wanted Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski and Jules Kounde but all three have ended up at Barcelona instead.
Just how Barcelona are allowed to keep signing these players despite being in debt is anybody’s guess, but they really need to offload players soon.
The London Evening Standard now claim that Barcelona are offering Memphis Depay, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Frenkie de Jong to Chelsea.
Barcelona seemingly want to offload all three players to clear room in their squad and one the wage budget.
With Chelsea chasing new signings, Barcelona may be sensing an opportunity to sell all three to the Blues.
The offer of Memphis is interesting given that he has been linked to a big London rival in Tottenham Hotspur.
SPORT reported in July that Tottenham were willing to pay £14.5million to sign Memphis but Barcelona wanted around £17million.
Memphis is out of contract in 2023 and Barcelona are seemingly willing to offload him after just a year at the Camp Nou.
Fabrizio Romano suggested earlier this week that Memphis and his agents were in talks to terminate the attacker’s deal.
Before going to that last resort, Barcelona seemingly want to try and sell Memphis to Chelsea in a deal that just doesn’t seem likely.
It’s hard to see Memphis getting into Tottenham’s starting XI and his chances at Chelsea wouldn’t exactly be much better.
We can’t really see Memphis joining Tottenham or Chelsea this summer, and his future looks very unclear with Barcelona seemingly having no plans for him moving forward.
