Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City have struck an agreement over the transfer of Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that Arsenal and Manchester City have reached an agreement of £30 million over Zinchenko, who can operate as a left-back or as a midfielder.
Romano has stated that it is a done deal now between the Gunners and the Citizens.
However, according to The Guardian journalist, negations between Arsenal and Zinchenko over personal terms are going on.
Earlier today, Romano had claimed that Arsenal and Manchester City had reached a verbal agreement over the Ukraine international.
