Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips has responded to his teammate Raphinha’s post on Instagram.
Raphinha, a key player for Leeds, has taken to Instagram to express his delight at making his debut for Brazil.
The 24-year-old came on as a substitute for Brazil in their win against Venezuela in a 2022 World Cup qualifier overnight.
The winger provided two assists and was involved in the third goal, as Brazil won 3-1.
Raphinha is over the moon to have made his debut for Brazil, and his Leeds teammate and England international midfielder Phillips has responded to his post on Instagram, describing him as a “superstar”.

Raphinha has been superb for Leeds since he moved from Rennes in the summer of 2020.
The winger hit the ground running in the Premier League, and he is going from strength to strength.
What is remarkable about the winger is that he works hard and helps out his team defensively.
Not many attack-minded players have this mentality, as Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa recent noted.
The Leeds no. 10 has scored three goals in seven Premier League appearances for Leeds so far this season.
The winger scored six goals and provided nine assists in the league last season.
