The Buffalo Bills are gearing up for their first season in their state-of-the-art new stadium after leaving the old Highmark Stadium behind in January.
Josh Allen’s first competitive game at the new Highmark Stadium will come in week two of the NFL season against the Detroit Lions.
Fans will be eager to see their new home and the view they have from their new seats inside the 60,000-seater stadium.
Architects have worked hard to improve the experience for the Bills Mafia at the new Highmark Stadium, with a lot of thought and innovation gone into protecting fans from the harsh winter weather.
However, not all of the new features and designs at the new stadium have gone down well with fans.
A huge, decorative folding table has been included inside the stadium as a nod to the Bills Mafia, but some fans are not overly keen on the feature.

What really matters is what the Bills can achieve on the field at their new home, following years of close calls during Allen’s spell as quarterback.
Maintaining the famous Bills atmosphere will be crucial and the fans will be hoping to carry on their tailgating traditions of smashing through folding tables outside of the stadium.
Yet the design feature to pay homage to the humble folding table has not been to the taste of all fans.
‘Not a fan. I hate that this is our identity,’ replied one Bills fan on X.
‘Lol in the stadium? This is so tacky,’ added another.
Smashing through folding tables has become a tradition for Bills fans prior to their games, but including a table in the stadium’s design seems to be a step too far for some.
Another fan shared their displeasure, saying: ‘Totally unnecessary. Why recognize stupidity?’
One fan very simply replied: ‘Corny’.
The negative feedback continued; this fan was not impressed: ‘Well, that looks stupid.’
‘Dumbest thing in sports.. I’m embarrassed for you NY,’ said another NFL fan.
