Dates, draw & more: All you need to know about Europa League as Arsenal & Man Utd aim for glory

Many are keen to know the Europa League Quarter-Final dates and also when the draw takes place as Arsenal – along with Manchester United – aim to qualify.

The Gunners and the Red Devils took on Sporting Lisbon and Real Betis respectively on Thursday night in the first leg of the Round of 16.

Arsenal came from 2-1 down to secure a 2-2 draw against the Portuguese giants, while Manchester United hammered the Spanish side 4-1 at Old Trafford.

So, when is the Europa League Quarter-Final being held, and when does the draw take place?

Europa League Quarter-Final Dates

The Europa League Quarter-Finals take place on the following days, as revealed on UEFA’s official website.

Quarter-Final 1st leg: Thursday 13th April

Quarter-Final 2nd leg: Thursday 20th April

The Quarter-Final clashes have two permitted time slots.

Some will commence at 5:45pm GMT while others will start at 8pm GMT.

Further details will follow once the draw has been made.

Europa League Semi-Final dates

UEFA have also revealed the dates for the Semi-Final stage.

If Arsenal and Manchester United make it that far, supporters should know that the last four ties will be held on the following days.

Semi-Final 1st leg: Thursday 11th May

Semi-Final 2nd leg: Thursday 18th May

Europa League Final Date

The Europa League final will take place on Wednesday 31st May.

When is the Europa League Draw?

The next Europa League draw will cover the entirety of the remaining fixtures, so fans will be able to know who they potentially take on in the Semi-Final as well, if their side makes it through the Quarter-Final.

This draw takes place on Friday 17th March at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland at 12pm GMT.

It will be streamed live on UEFA’s YouTube channel.

Where is the 2023 Europa League Final?

The Europa League final for the 2022/23 campaign takes place in Budapest, Hungary.

It will be held at the Puskás Aréna – named after Hungarian football legend Ferenc Puskás – which holds over 65,000 people.
