Chelsea are prepared to sell defender Trevoh Chalobah less than a year since snubbing Tottenham Hotspur’s interest.
Trevoh Chalobah looks set for the Chelsea chopping block this summer as the Blues prepare to sell homegrown talent.
That is according to TalkSPORT, who report that the Chelsea hierarchy want to offload some homegrown players.
Mason Mount, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Conor Gallagher and Callum Hudson-Odoi are all thought to be available, alongside Chalobah.
Chelsea allegedly see these young English players as a great way to raise cash and balance the books.
Chalobah started 18 Premier League games this season but was in and out of the team throughout the campaign.
Chalobah turns 24 this summer and needs to now decide whether he wants regular first-team football or a backup role at Chelsea.
The Blues seemingly think Chalobah is better moving on and we would anticipate Premier League teams showing a real interest.

Chelsea snubbed Tottenham interest in Trevoh Chalobah last summer
Chalobah certainly received interest last summer with Premier League clubs seeking to lure him away from Stamford Bridge.
90min reported in August 2022 that Leeds, Nottingham Forest, Southampton and Everton all made contact to try and sign Chalobah.
The big rumour surrounding the Chelsea defender came with interest from London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
The London Evening Standard reported that Tottenham wanted to sign Chalobah, most likely as a replacement for Japhet Tanganga.
Spurs thought they were losing a versatile, homegrown defender and had targeted a move for Chalobah with a loan offer allegedly on the table.
Tanganga ended up staying anyway but Gianluca Di Marzio reported that Chelsea decided to block Chalobah from leaving, snubbing all offers.
Tanganga could be on the move this summer, so maybe Tottenham will rekindle their interest.
That wouldn’t really give Chalobah any more first-team action though and we imagine a move to a mid-table Premier League club this summer in order to get Chalobah playing regularly.
