Tony Cascarino has claimed that Harry Kane will ‘sign a new contract’ at Tottenham ‘before Christmas’, as he told talkSPORT.
This time last summer, the England captain was throwing hints left, right and centre that he seemingly wanted out of Tottenham.
From that interview on the golf course with Gary Neville to his late return to pre-season.

It was a troubling and worrying time for the Tottenham faithful, who felt they might lose their star striker and at a stage when they were stagnating.
But things have now turned on its head with Antonio Conte now in charge and Cacasrino told talkSPORT that he can now see Kane staying put.
“The Harry Kane interview in the Mail, he speaks about a lot of issues regarding England,” said Cascarino.
“But also regarding Spurs, which might make Spurs fans a little bit better – I believe he will sign a new contract before Christmas at Spurs.”

ANTONIO CONTE GETTING BACKED
Daniel Levy has finally seen the light at the end of the tunnel and he is backing Antonio Conte in the dugout.
The Italian did his job by securing Champions League football for the London club and now it’s up to the board to do the business in the summer transfer market.
Well, Ivan Perisic has already arrived on a free from Inter Milan, as well as Fraser Forester as back-up to Hugo Lloris.
And it now seems as though Yves Bissouma will be heading to Tottenham from Brighton on a £25 million deal, which Harry Redknapp described as ‘cheap’.
