Well, the Arsenal transfer news is certainly heating up.
The Gunners have already signed Leandro Trossard from Brighton & Hove Albion and according to Eurosport, Polish defender Jakub Kiwior is set to follow.
But there’s another player who Arsenal are linked to – Ivan Fresneda.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the North Londoners were in negotiations with the 18-year-old today, as covered by HITC Sport.
And the same Italian journalist has now revealed via his YouTube channel that he was left out of Real Valladolid’s starting lineup today due to negotiations with the Emirates Stadium outfit.
He revealed tonight: “The player was not with the starting XI because of this negotiation with Arsenal.”

Fresneda is a right-back with a £17.5 million release clause with the Spanish outfit [The Athletic].
Arsenal supporters will be delighted to see further reinforcements, after Trossard was confirmed on Friday.
But at only 18, Fresneda is unlikely to be playing a massive role in the short term.
Mikel Arteta’s side are going for the Premier League title and although Trossard is obviously an experienced option, Fresneda is not.
And therefore, some supporters of the Gunners might prefer to see Arteta and Edu sign players who will help Arsenal in the now, rather than the future.
