Are Tottenham changing their shirt colour? A few rumours have been flying around in regards to Spurs and their 2023/24 strip.

The north Londoners traditionally line up in a white home shirt, with the away and third strip usually a shade of either purple, navy or yellow.

Now, however, Spurs could be about to mix it up a bit.

So, are Tottenham changing their shirt colour? Let’s take a look…

Are Tottenham changing their shirt colour?

Well, according to the reliable Footy Headlines – who regularly pick up scoops on leaked kits – Spurs will have a beige third shirt for the first time in their history.

The home shirt is set to remain as white, although the third strip will be a shade no Spurs fan has seen in the club’s 140-year history, as Footy Headlines state.

Footy Headlines believe Tottenham will wear a shirt which combines the main colours of ‘taupe haze’ with ‘diffused taupe’ and black.

It is also said that the designs on the shirt – including the Spurs crest and Nike logo – will be black, while the diffused taupe is set to be used for details around the strip, potentially including the neckline and sleeve cuff.

A supporter has mocked up a concept on Twitter using the current season’s shirt, which you can see below.

Of course, most supporters would still come and watch their beloved side even if they were draped in bin bags out on the pitch, although it is certainly interesting to see a new colour scheme introduced after 140 years of Tottenham’s existence as a football club.

New face could wear Tottenham 2023/24 shirt

Aside from the current players – of course – there could be a few new faces wearing the beige strip in 2023/24, including one who appeared in Qatar.

According to Tuttosport, Tottenham are in talks with Juventus over a deal to sign United States World Cup star Weston McKennie, who Fabio Paratici – Director of Football at Spurs – actually signed for Juventus before moving to north London.
