Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been told by Don Hutchison on Twitter that their reported transfer targets – Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia – are now worth ‘£250 million’ after Chelsea signed Mykhailo Mudryk.

Chelsea beat Arsenal to the signature of the Ukraine star, with suggestions that the struggling Premier League side have paid £89 million for the Shakhtar Donetsk product.

Whilst two London giants were after his signature, the money that has been put on the table is purely based on potential and nothing else because the player in question has hardly played 100 senior games on the domestic circuit and only has eight international caps.

Nonetheless, just like Jack Grealish’s £100 million transfer to Manchester City from Aston Villa a number of seasons ago, it further inflates and confuses an already-inflated money-crazy football transfer market.

Two of the best prospects and hottest talents are currently ripping it up in Naples for the current Serie A leaders, Napoli.

And Hutchison thinks the duo, who are attracting Premier League interest, are now going to be worth £125 million between them.

OSIMHEN AND KVARATSKHELIA WANTED BY ARSENAL AND TOTTENHAM

For someone like Tottenham, given their current position and Napoli proving to be one of Europe’s best right now, then it’s a bit ambitious that they want to sign Kvaratskhelia.

The same can’t be said for Arsenal, who probably need a player like Osimhen right now, even though Napoli won’t sell him this month as they chase their first Serie A title in over 30 years.

The Nigeria international has 12 goals from 14 league games this season and it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Premier League money talks in years to come and he is showcasing his talents on the English stage.
