West Ham United, Everton and Crystal Palace all have been linked with Xherdan Shaqiri of Stoke City in the summer transfer window.

According to Calciomercato.com, Everton, West Ham and Roy Hodgson’s Palace all want to sign Shaqiri from Premier League rivals Stoke (click here to read more).

With the Potters likely to get relegated to the Championship at the end of the season, it is hard to see the 26-year-old winger remaining at the Bet365 Stadium beyond the summer.

The Switzerland international winger’s latest comments about his future may have opened the door for the Hammers, the Toffees and the Eagles to make a move.

Shaqiri told The Telegraph: “Everybody knows I’m a player who wants to play at the highest level, this is pretty normal.

“I have still got two years left on my contract with this club and first we have to see what happens here. I’m happy here at the moment and we will sit down after the season.”

Departure certain?

Even if Stoke survive the drop to the Championship this season, Shaqiri is likely to leave, as he is much better than fighting against relegation again.

The former Bayern Munich winger, who earns £65,000 per week as salary at Stoke according to Spotrac.com, would be a great signing for West Ham, Everton or Palace.

Given the former Inter Milan winger’s obvious quality and his experience in the Premier League, he would not be short of options in he summer transfer window.
