Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media are over the moon after hearing that they admire Roberto Mancini as they finally look to replace Jose Mourinho.
Spurs have seemingly looked at every manager in Europe at this point, but it seems as though Mancini is now a candidate.
Mancini is of course a fantastic gaffer. He’s a Premier League and Serie A winner, and his Italy side have really caught the eye at the Euros with their gung-ho style of play.
The Italian is of course already in a job, so it would be hard to pry him away from his current role, but the 56-year-old has been a success in England before, and with the right offer, he could be tempted into returning.
Appeasing Spurs fans seems to be difficult at the moment with campaigns against Nuno Espirito Santo and Gennaro Gattuso making headlines over the past week, but it seems as though the fanbase would be keen on seeing Mancini brought to the club.
