David Seaman has said on the Seaman Says podcast that Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur will lose against Southampton in the Premier League this weekend.
Tottenham will take on Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Arsenal legend Seaman believes that the Saints will pick up all three points from the encounter courtesy of a 2-1 win.
Southampton are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
As for Tottenham, Antonio Conte’s side are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
The Saints are at the foot of the standings with 22 points from 27 matches, two points behind 17th-placed West Ham United.
Spurs are currently fourth with 48 points from 27 matches, four points ahead of Newcastle United, who are fifth and have played 25 games.

Seaman said: “I am going to go with a Saints win, if I am honest. I am going to say 2-1 Saints. Maybe that is just wishful thinking.”

Okay, Southampton have shown some positive signs in recent games, and Tottenham, as we know, are quite inconsistent.
However, Spurs have a much better team, and Southampton are fighting for survival in the Premier League because they are not very good.
