England reach a World Cup semi-final for just the fourth time in our history! How confident are you that they'll win it, and why?
Two of those have come in the last three World Cups 👀
Clearly, this stage of the World Cup is about results and results alone. While England were not brilliant, they found a way to reach the final four.
With that in mind, here’s all you need to know about England in the semi-finals of the 2026 World Cup.
England will play on Wednesday July 15
England will return to Atlanta, where they beat DR Congo in the round of 32 thanks to two late goals from Harry Kane.
They will play either Switzerland or Argentina at the Atlanta Stadium, which is otherwise known as the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, on Wednesday July 15.
The game is scheduled to kick-off at 3pm local time, which is 8pm BST.

It is a huge game for England, particularly if old rivals Argentina also make the final four.
France and Spain are in the other semi-finals. Their game will take place in Dallas on Tuesday 14 July.
The 2026 World Cup final is then being played at the New York New Jersey Stadium (MetLife Stadium) on Sunday July 19.
That too will kick-off at 3pm local time, which is 8pm BST in England.
England are chasing their first World Cup title since winning the competition back in 1966. They have not played in the final since, losing in the semi-finals at the 1990 and 2018 tournaments in Italy and Russia respectively.
With Bellingham stepping up to rival the likes of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe for the Player Of The Tournament, there is a palpable sense of excitement in England.
They may not be favourites but, frankly, anything can happen at this stage of the tournament when a team boasts a player capable of deciding games like Bellingham.
