According to The Athletic journalist Tim Spiers on Twitter, Tottenham Hotspur fans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the Premier League game against Aston Villa have been chanting for club chairman Daniel Levy to leave.
Spiers made the tweet after Tottenham conceded their second goal of the match against Villa in the 73rd minute.
Unai Emery’s Villa opened the scoring five minutes into the second half through Emi Buendia.
Tottenham and France international goalkeeper Hugo Lloris was at fault for the goal, as he should have done better to save the shot from Buendia.
Then in the 73rd minute, Douglas Luiz made it 2-0 to the Villans.
Spiers was covering the match, and he has noted that after the second goal, Tottenham fans were chanting for Levy to leave.
We presume that it is because of lack of big investment in the Tottenham squad in recent years in comparison to the other big clubs in the Premier League.

Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea have regularly spent big on new players, and even Arsenal have invested a lot.
The Gunners are now seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table, while Tottenham, their bitter North London rivals, may not even end up in the top four this season.
