West Ham United want Marcos Senesi but the Feyenoord defender is now on the verge of signing for Bournemouth instead.
West Ham have done some great work in this window with the signings of Nayef Aguerd, Gianluca Scamacca and Maxwel Cornet.
Yet there has also been massive frustration over some targets choosing to join other clubs instead.
Jesse Lingard ended up picking Nottingham Forest whilst Lille star Amadou Onana is remarkably choosing a move to Everton over West Ham.
David Moyes won’t want any more transfer frustration but there may be another target slipping through the net.
West Ham United want Marcos Senesi
Tuttomercatoweb reported on Friday that West Ham have offered £13million to sign Feyenoord defender Senesi.
Feyenoord website 1908.nl also reported that West Ham had come forward with a move for Senesi.
The 25-year-old is a left-sided centre back who has excelled for Feyenoord since making a 2019 move from San Lorenzo in his native Argentina.
Senesi would have been seen as cover for Aguerd’s injury whilst offering great competition moving forward.
Yet West Ham face transfer disappointment once again because Senesi appears to be on his way to another Premier League club.

Voetbal International report that Feyenoord have struck a deal to sell Senesi to Bournemouth.
The newly-promoted Cherries have managed to beat West Ham to Senesi’s signature and he will now follow former teammates Luis Sinisterra and Tyrell Malacia to the Premier League.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Senesi is flying to England today and will be signing his deal with Bournemouth in a deal worth £12.5million plus add-ons.
That’s a major capture for Bournemouth but just another source of irritation for West Ham.
Senesi would have been quality depth for David Moyes, and whilst other moves breaking down will be more annoying, seeing Senesi join a Premier League rival has to leave Moyes frustrated.
