Hammers ace Angelo Ogbonna spoke exclusively to Sky Sports, ahead of his side’s huge clash with Spurs at Wembley tonight, and opened up on the respect that he has for Mauricio Pochettino’s men, highlighting four players in particular who have impressed him.

West Ham head into the game against Tottenham on the back of a hugely important win over West Brom, and they currently sit in 16th position in the Premier League table, although they are by no means safe from danger, with just one point separating them from the drop zone.

Spurs, meanwhile, are in the midst of a fine run of form, but still sit outside the Champions League spots, although they can close the gap on fourth placed Liverpool back to just a single point with a win tonight.

Ogbonna spoke to Sky Sports and declared his respect for Harry Kane, although he highlighted how Tottenham have other players who can really hurt his Hammers team tonight:

“I have a lot of respect for Harry Kane, he’s a fantastic player. But Harry Kane is Harry Kane because Tottenham have a lot of top players around him. I’m worried about Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli, Son Heung-min. I don’t fear them, but I respect them.”

With both sides in such desperate need of all three points tonight, there should be a thrilling encounter on display at Wembley, but West Ham will have to be at their absolute best, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of stopping the Spurs juggernaut.
