The summer transfer window may have been a quiet one for Liverpool, but if reports from Inter Live are to be believed, they’re already looking at bringing in one player next summer.
Indeed, the Reds have been linked with a free transfer move for Marcelo Brozovic from Inter Milan once his contract expires at the end of the season.
The Croatian is certainly a talented player. After all, he’s a regular international for the World Cup finalists and he’s a Serie A winner.
This move would of course depend on whether or not Brozovic is offered a new deal at San Siro and whether or not he chooses to accept any offer.
As you can imagine this rumour has sparked a reaction from the Liverpool fanbase, and it’s fair to say they’re not best pleased with this update.
Understandably, supporters weren’t happy with the fact they were eyeing up signings for next summer after making minimal additions in this window, while the fact he’s going to be a free has rubbed fans up the wrong way, complaining about a lack of spending.
