Carlos Mac Allister, the agent and father of Brighton & Hove Albion star Alexis Mac Allister, confirms they will listen to offers. Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in his transfer.
The Argentina ace has shot onto the transfer shortlists of some of Europe’s elite teams this winter after flourishing at the World Cup. Mac Allister played an instrumental role in Lionel Scaloni’s Qatar 2022 plans. He played six of La Albiceleste’s seven ties en route to the title.

Mac Allister also scored once against Poland in the group stage before assisting one goal in the final with France. Now, he is back at the Amex Stadium, where the 24-year-old has hit five goals in 14 Premier League games this season. He has also started each of his outings.

Arsenal and Liverpool target Mac Allister will consider a transfer from Brighton
Mac Allister is now in high demand around the Premier League and in Europe ahead of the January transfer window. La Repubblica reports Liverpool are among the latest teams in a race for his services. Benfica in Portugal and Borussia Dortmund in Germany are also keen.
But Brighton will demand €35-40m (£31-35m) for Mac Allister, whom Massimiliano Allegri wants at Juventus. While CalcioMercatoWeb reports Antonio Conte has told Tottenham to seal a deal with the Seagulls. AS also cites Arsenal and Atletico Madrid as yet more suitors.

Arsenal and Liverpool will need to convince Brighton to sanction a transfer for Mac Allister, though. The £48k-a-week ace is under contract at the Amex until June 2025. His father and agent has also reiterated the midfielder’s gratitude for a £7m switch to the Seagulls in 2019.
Mac Allister is full of praise for Juventus amid Allegri’s interest in his son
But Mac Allister and his camp will consider offers to leave Brighton amid transfer interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and some of Europe’s big hitters. A move to Juventus may also be very appealing for the Argentinos Juniors product judging by his father and agent’s claims.

“Juventus is a huge club, one of the most prestigious in the world,” Carlos Mac Allister told TuttoMercatoWEB. “I can only say that together with the club we will analyse the offers we receive [and] then we will decide what will happen to Alexis’ future.
“He is doing very well in England and he is grateful to Brighton because they gave him the possibility to reach Europe. However, we cannot provide a price, nor do we say who called us. We don’t want to give information that could prejudice imminent negotiations if any.”
