Arsenal could be without Bukayo Saka this Friday after Mikel Arteta delivered a concerning injury update on the winger.
Speaking to the club’s official website ahead of tomorrow’s Premier League clash against Aston Villa, the Basque manager said there’s a chance Saka could be out with a thigh injury.
The 13-cap England international was forced off against Crystal Palace on Monday night after James McArthur swept the attacker off his feet. Saka walked off with an injury as the Gunners drew 2-2.
Saka has once again asserted himself as one of the Gunners most important players this season, and this injury update will be a kick in the teeth for Arsenal for Friday.
Indeed, after two draws in a row in the Premier League, the Gunners simply have to return to winning ways tomorrow night against Dean Smith’s side.
With clubs above them starting to string together wins, Arsenal risk once again falling away from the pack at this early stage of the season.
Arsenal fans rage over Saka injury update

Yet this injury update on Saka will be the last thing Arsenal fans wanted to hear. Moreover, on social media, supporters were fuming that the 20-year-old attacker could miss tomorrow’s match against Villa.
