Some Arsenal fans have been reacting after it was reported that Jules Kounde has rejected a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
It had been reported earlier this week that Spurs had a bid accepted for the centre-back, but the defender has reportedly decided that he doesn’t fancy joining Tottenham.
As you can imagine, Arsenal fans had plenty to say about this, especially as they’ve also been linked to Kounde this week.
Understandably, Arsenal fans were happy to hear that Kounde had rejected their rivals, but the reality is that they probably shouldn’t be so smug.
Indeed, the Frenchman probably isn’t coming to Arsenal either seeing as he wants Champions League football.
Sadly, neither north London club are in a position where they’re able to convince a player like Kounde to come to north London.
